Large living room, with card games corner and windows all around to take advantage of the fantastic views over the lush gardens, the pool and the sea – this rooms also opens up to the garden, pool and  Jacuzzi.
In the centre of the villa is an open courtyard style garden area. 
The living room has a TV area with DVD player and a fire place. 
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast area that opens to the inside centre garden. 
Bedrooms 1 and 2 – are twin bedrooms (accommodating up to 4 children in each) sharing a bathroom and they can also be linked - one of the rooms has a TV and a DVD player.

Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with TV, DVD, en-suite shower opening to a large terrace with breathtaking views over the ocean.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – one is accessed by a wooden corridor at open air and opens to the large terrace, the same as the master bedroom.

At basement level you will find the brand new gym equipped with treadmill, stationary bike and a range of weights. Also take advantage of the small games room with a pool table on offer.
