Falmouth View Antigua is a beautiful luxury villa located in the lovely residential area of Turtle Bay, perfectly positioned with just a short 2 minute walk to Dieppe Beach and offering splendid views over Falmouth Harbour and the sea.
The focal point of the villa is the extraordinary terrace running the length of the villa, furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining and overlooking the exceptional swimming pool. The views from here are stunning, a perfect spot for indoor/outdoor villa living. Inside, you will find a lovely living room and more formal dining room, with quality furnishings, high ceilings and a wonderful sense of space.
An Italian kitchen that is modern, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create wonderful cuisine. Arrangements can also be made for a cook or chef to prepare meals for you.
Bedrooms
Four, super luxury and comfortable bedrooms feature ceiling fans, air-conditioning, walk-in wardrobes and private en-suite bathrooms in a Victorian and 1930's American style, with luxury fixtures by Devon & Devon. Three bedrooms have a Queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds.
The villa is located within a 10 minute drive from Falmouth, English Harbour and Shirley Heights. The villa is on a .33 acre plot situated within Antigua's historic National Park that encompasses the historic working 18th century Nelson's Dockyard.
